The Softa Ecosystem
ZHAN develops commercial relevance around subject, language and locality. An advertiser can seek the right context without making a person’s private life the targeting brief.
ZHAN is the contextual and hyperlocal advertising domain in Softa’s portfolio. Its role is to connect commercial opportunity with permitted context: a subject, language, locality or an explicitly expressed need. The model excludes private messages and hidden cross-product behavioural profiles as the basis of advertising intelligence.
This choice does not remove the need for targeting discipline. It changes the permissible inputs. The relevant question becomes where an offer is useful and eligible, rather than how much can be inferred about a person's private circumstances.
An advertising relationship involves several responsibilities. The advertiser is responsible for the identity and claims behind the offer. The inventory or publishing context has its own eligibility and presentation rules. ZHAN’s commercial role connects those responsibilities without allowing payment to purchase the authority of organic discovery or editorial judgement.
In the intended ZKTOR relationship, the social domain supplies eligible context or inventory; ZHAN governs its advertising task. The connection does not provide private conversations or unrestricted creator information as campaign material. Related ownership does not remove the need to distinguish commercial placement.
A placement record, a click or response, a qualified outcome and a completed transaction are different measures. Combining them into one vague “engagement” claim would obscure what the advertiser bought. Bounded attribution ties measurement to the agreed service and its legitimate information needs.
The same care applies to fraud prevention and safety. Information used to protect the advertising relationship must not silently become a wider targeting dossier. The model pairs commercial usefulness with limits on collection, inference and subsequent use.
Contextual relevance can help a local business reach a regional-language or nearby audience without requiring that audience to be profiled across unrelated services. The opportunity is commercial and practical, not a promise of sales. Advertiser eligibility, supported formats, placement availability and commercial terms depend on the relevant release and agreement.
The constitution separates commercial ownership from privacy, compliance and safety review. This matters especially where the same executive holds a product or operating role: the responsible specialists retain their own review purpose, while campaign availability and performance belong to the actual advertising service.
