The Softa Ecosystem
SNDESH is Softa’s dedicated private-communication programme, bringing messaging and calling into a domain whose purpose is the conversation itself not the commercial observation of its participants.
The SNDESH constitution assigns private messaging and calling their own authority within the Softa ecosystem. An integrated interface may provide an entry point, but private communication does not become general social-media content. Protocol, key, device, delivery and metadata responsibilities remain with the communication domain.
This separation matters when capabilities expand. Adding translation, search within an authorised conversation or business communication does not automatically authorise unrelated advertising, public indexing or persistent AI memory. Each additional task has to fit the original communication purpose and its own permissions.
People change phones, lose access and work across devices. The programme’s architecture treats device registration, linking and revocation as part of the privacy lifecycle. Account recovery and recovery of encrypted history are separate operations: restoring an identity does not necessarily restore the keys or a backup required to read earlier messages.
Backups, group membership, attachment delivery and link previews can alter exposure in different ways. A useful communication product must make those choices understandable in its actual release. The constitution describes the questions the service must answer; it is not a substitute for a verified protocol or release-specific security account.
The portfolio model excludes private messages and relationship metadata from default advertising, organic search and unrestricted general AI-memory or training use. A chosen translation request is bounded to the selected material and participating service; it is not blanket access to a contact graph or conversation history.
The same distinction applies to operational delivery. Information needed to route, protect or troubleshoot a service has a defined purpose. The need to operate communications does not justify converting their social relationships into a commercial profile.
The company’s recorded direction is an Android and iOS beta in India around Diwali 2026, followed by a broader beta programme for Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh by December 2026. These remain programme targets rather than completed launches. Exact availability, eligibility and supported capabilities must be communicated with the relevant release.
