The Softa Ecosystem
HOLA AI develops multilingual assistance for understanding, expression and work. Access to information, permission to remember and authority to act remain separate choices.
HOLA AI occupies the intelligence, language and accessibility role in Softa’s portfolio. Its purpose is to help people understand and prepare work within the information and authority available to a task. The corporate model separates this role from search ranking, private communication and final business decisions.
A document explanation, a translation and a suggested response can each be useful. None automatically grants the model permission to retain the source indefinitely or execute a consequential decision. The permission to answer, the permission to remember and the permission to act are distinct parts of the product architecture.
The HOLA constitution distinguishes transient processing, session context, explicit preferences, user-saved knowledge, enterprise knowledge and institutional or community memory. These categories exist because the appropriate duration, access and correction model differ.
Enterprise permissions must remain attached to information through retrieval, prompts, caches, logs and outputs. Community memory adds stewardship, source context, restrictions, benefit and withdrawal. A technically convenient memory layer cannot override the rights that allowed the material to enter the system.
Multilingual quality is not established by a list of language names. Meaning, script, dialect, context, uncertainty and harmful error can vary across tasks. The programme calls for task- and language-specific evaluation with relevant local expertise. Translation should preserve material qualifications rather than manufacture certainty.
Knowledge stewardship goes further. A community’s permission to record a practice does not necessarily permit public distribution, commercial reuse or model training. Sensitive or sacred knowledge may require restricted access or no model use. Synthetic reconstruction must not be presented as authentic oral testimony.
AI can assist with preparation, comparison, retrieval and explanation. Payments, final payroll or accounting actions, employment decisions, protected disclosures and other consequential commitments remain within authorised human or governed processes. This is part of HOLA's institutional role, not a claim that every available assistant feature already implements an identical control.
Supported tasks, providers, languages and access conditions are distinct parts of a HOLA release. Task quality and source authority remain the basis for expanding capability, including when assistance moves into a new language or domain.
