CREATOR ECONOMY
An audience is a relationship. Identity is an asset.
Creator value extends beyond a single post. Authorship, chosen audiences, continuing relationships and legitimate commercial opportunities belong to the person doing the work.
The work, the licence and the likeness
A creator's content, the licence needed for a platform to deliver it and the right to reproduce a person's identity are separate matters. A photograph or voice recording can involve more than one rights holder. Permission to view is not a blanket commercial-use or training permission.
ZKTOR's product constitution carries these distinctions into audience and content responsibilities. The specific service terms establish the actual licence; the institutional principle is to keep authorship and permitted reuse intelligible.
Several routes to an audience
A community can return for a subject, a follower for a creator and a local audience for relevant work. Search and recommendation provide other possible routes. The creator-plurality principle values this range rather than making one opaque distribution mechanism the sole basis of participation.
The intended benefit is continuity. A creator's relationship with an audience has value beyond the performance of one item. Actual controls, discoverability and portability depend on the relevant release and rights.
A bounded commercial relationship
A contextual placement is a commercial service with its own eligible material, labels and measurement. It is not independent evidence or a licence to profile a creator's private correspondence. Optional language assistance likewise concerns selected work, not an entire private archive.
Commercial programme terms determine charges, proceeds, attribution and payments. No historic revenue-share percentage or campaign result is treated as current without its applicable record. The opportunity is to preserve agency as the work creates value.
